The start is postponed by 23 hours.

The fleet will set sails on Monday the 10th of May at 11 am. This delay is due to the stormy pressure that slowly moves in the Bay of Biscay. This pressure should cause harsh heavy showers at 45 knots in Sunday to Monday’s night. For obvious safety reasons, the race committee have decided to postpone the start of this second leg between Gijon and La Rochelle. The firsts should reach La Rochelle during Thursday to Friday night.
